Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before booking our services.
1. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us. Advance booking at least 24 hours prior is recommended.
2. Payment
Payment is typically made in cash (IDR) to the driver upon completion of the service, or via other agreed methods.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
4. Usage
Our cars and drivers are for tourism and transport purposes only. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
